Frequent Flyer Travel Paris offices are open from
8:30am to 7:00pm. Outside office hours, our 24h/24 service, 365 days a year handles urgent requests.

This assistance allows you to :

  • Manage last minute changes
  • Assist you when you experience problems
  • Ensure last minute reservations and bookings during week-end

Your usual phone number to contact the agency remains the same.

Emergency Unit

To support companies in their duty of care to protect their employees, we implemented the Emergency Unit which regroups the Information Management Unit (IMU) and Emergency Travel Services (ETS). Supported by the 24h team, the Emergency Unit informs travelers when there are delays, various emergencies or crisis situations and they take required measures depending on the severity of events:

  • Safety policy integration
  • IMU service – pro-actives alerts in the event of an incident
  • Destination risk management – Hot and personalized news sent to the traveler
  • Interfacing: Geolocation tool

The Emergency Unit can extract all reservations from the GDS and geolocate travelers, anytime. In the event of an alert or an incident which can affect the travel experience, an email or an SMS alert is sent to the travelers to find solutions.

Then, the Emergency Unit contacts each traveler to manage emergencies: non medicalized repatriation, reservation changes, extended stay… Information and data are updated in real time.
